Waiver (by appointment only)

The decision to grant a waiver is at the discretion of USCIS. Form I-601 Application for Waiver of Grounds of Inadmissibility needs to be filled out completely and accurately. It is important to also include sufficient documentation/evidence to prove that (1) any misrepresentation on your part was unintentional, and (2) you do not present any harm by your presence in the country.
